CHAP: Community Health Accreditation Partner Awards Maxwell Healthcare Associates’ nanaBEREAVEMENT Product Its “CHAP Verified” Status.
SHOREVIEW, Minn., Feb. 19, 2025 — Maxwell Healthcare Associates (MHA) is pleased to announce that nanaBEREAVEMENT, a tech-enabled bereavement support solution, was awarded the “CHAP Verified” seal by the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP).
The CHAP Verified status is granted to tools and resources used by community-based care providers that, through rigorous inspection, show no roadblocks to executing the CHAP Standards of Excellence, and innovate to improve the delivery of high-quality care.
