Consultant of the Month | Evelyn Frye

Please help us in congratulating Evelyn Frye on becoming our Consultant of the Month for July! Evelyn joined MHA back in 2018 to help our clients in operations and oversee implementations. She helps identify pain points for our clients, creates and trains operational processes to fix them, and then have a plan for tracking these processes.
Evelyn will tell you that she loves operations, “all the way from intake to revenue cycle management and AR cleanup”. Her peers love working with her as she has a tremendous work-ethic and has a team-player mindset. “Evelyn is a shining star with any project she is assigned to. Her positivity and forward thinking is what makes her a Rockstar. We can rely on her for anything we throw at her, and she will not only complete, but exceed what’s she’s been expected of her,” says Senior Consultant, Bailey Goin.
Evelyn’s background
Prior to working for MHA, Evelyn worked as the director of operations and alternate administrator for a home health agency across Texas and Colorado for eight years. She oversaw a team of managers who ran the operations for their Texas location, and then oversaw the creation of operations for their start up locations that looked to expand. As an alternate administrator, it was her duty to be involved in surveys and regulatory changes.
Evelyn grew up in Grapevine, Texas and graduated from the University of Oklahoma. She now resides just outside of Dallas, Texas with her husband, daughter, and labradoodle. Her favorite hobbies include paddle boarding, spending time on the lake, hiking, and pretty much anything she and her family can do outside.
Evelyn’s MHA experience
Evelyn’s philosophy on what MHA does for the post-acute care industry is to allow agencies to focus on their patients. “Being able to increase cash flow to ease the business burden or simplify processes to ease the administrative burden for agencies today is rewarding,” says Evelyn. “We come in and allow clinicians and agencies to do that instead of having to drown worrying about everything else.”
Evelyn is well respected by her peers and is known for her versatility, knowledge-base, and tenacious work-ethic. “Evelyn is one of the most knowledgeable and versatile consultants we have on our team. She always sets the bar of success high on every project and pushes those around her to achieve their personal best. I so appreciate her every day for what she brings to the table and her willingness to help others,” says Director of Operations, Deryll Durr.
Evelyn loves her MHA team. “The number one thing I love about MHA is the people! I get to work with some of the smartest, experienced, and driven people in the industry daily. On top of that, everyone here loves what they do and has fun doing it,” says Evelyn. Her work experience for MHA has allowed her to create strong relationships with our clients and co-workers. Evelyn’s amazing ability to problem solve and work with a team is what is greatly appreciated by her peers and makes her a favorite to work with on any project.
