Consultant of the Month | Tyler Graham

Every month we are given the difficult task of deciding which one of our wonderful consultants went above and beyond. As a company that is represented by countless rockstars, this is no easy feat, yet after consideration the team has nominated Tyler Graham as June’s Consultant of the Month.
Tyler joined MHA in December 2019 and quickly became a notable member of the team. “Tyler has been a strong force since she has started with us. I have only heard great things about her work. She is always communicative, professional, and willing to work,” said Bailey Woodhams, education specialist and senior consultant. Tyler’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate are among the reasons she fits in as an MHA Rockstar.
Background
Before joining MHA, Tyler worked as an implementation specialist for Homecare Homebase, a job she continues to do for MHA. Tyler expertly executes HCHB implementations for Home Health and Hospice programs, while building relationships and providing a wide array of resources for clients.
Tyler was born down south in Mansfield, Texas. Her hobbies range from reading and discussing literature with her book club, traveling, and working her other full-time job as a mother to two young children.
MHA Experience
As an MHA consultant, Tyler helps implement HCHB while occasionally acting as project lead. Tyler strives to establish consistent communication, and form lasting client relationships while ensuring quality work gets done. “Tyler is always reaching out and asking what else she can do to help; her attitude and energy were always positive. For future work I will be sure to request Tyler,” said VP of Business Transformation & Integration at Amedisys, Christi Covington, regarding Tyler’s work on a recent project.
Tyler said the core value she most closely aligns with is EQ over IQ because we are better when we communicate. Her dedication to this value is reflected in feedback she receives from clients and coworkers alike.
We asked Tyler why she likes working for MHA and this is what she had to say: “I like working for MHA because I get to work with such a diverse group of people. With such diversity comes the opportunity to learn from some of the best. MHA has been an absolute joy to be a part of, they push you to be your best without making you feel inadequate. I have never felt more supported than I do here!”
