Consultant of the Month | Shaun Mulrooney

At the beginning of each month, we take a moment to honor one of our consultants who exemplifies the MHA Difference through their exceptional work and dedication to clients and coworkers alike. Since MHA has such a diverse team of industry-leading experts, picking just one is no easy task. However, after careful consideration and support from the senior leadership team, it is our pleasure to announce that Shaun Mulrooney has been named Consultant of the Month for May!
Shaun joined MHA in October of 2021 as a consultant with a focus in business analytics. His work on this team is focused on client satisfaction, and he mainly deals with providing analytical insights into the HCHB database. “Shaun is a great addition to the team,” said Director of Consulting Services at MHA, Kevin Jones. “His wealth of knowledge, positive attitude, and desire to positively impact client processes makes him an essential asset to the business analytics process,” said Jones about Shaun’s contributions to the team.
Background
Shaun hails from a town in the southwest corner of Wisconsin called Fennimore. In his spare time, Shaun enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and listening to live music with friends. Prior to joining the MHA team in October of 2021, Shaun led the reporting and analytics team for Brookdale Healthcare Services where he picked up many of his unique and valuable analytics insights.
MHA Experience
At MHA, Shaun is part of the Business Analytics team, where he partners with clients to create custom dashboards and reporting tools that drive efficiency and improve effectiveness in their business. Shaun's expertise lies in developing solutions in either HCHB analytics or the customer's replicated HCHB database, depending on the client's needs and preferences.
Shaun's favorite MHA core value is "EQ over IQ" because he believes that the success of analytics and insights lies not only in their accuracy but also in their ability to be interpreted and utilized by the business to act.
