Consultant of the Month | Eddie Vetter

We are excited to announce this month’s Consultant of the Month! Please help us in congratulating, Eddie Vetter, on his outstanding work as an MHA Rockstar! Eddie came to us in the Spring of 2019. His role on projects is to assist our customers with anything financial, including EMR set up and revenue cycle process review. Our team is thankful to have an experienced and knowledgeable team-player like Eddie.
“Eddie is one of our top shelf consultants that is in high demand due to his knowledge and expertise in revenue cycle management,” says Director of Operations, Deryll Durr.“ His talent for organizing and streamlining billing operations to include authorization and eligibility has proven very beneficial for many of our clients.”
Our MHA team members love working with Eddie. He’s knowledgeable and self-driven to solve any problems he can. “It doesn't matter how many projects Eddie is on or how much he is traveling to meet customers' needs. He always has a moment to answer a question, jump on a call, educate a colleague, flexibility to support his MHA family, and always with a peaceful smile,” says Senior Consultant, Hannah Echols. Along with his knowledge base, Eddie is incredibly dependable on projects as well. “Eddie doesn’t hesitate to jump in and help. His positive energy brings a calmness to any situation, and you can’t help but love to work with Eddie,” said Resource Manager, Ashley Davis.
Background
Eddie currently resides in Southern Indiana with his wife of 22 years and four kids. They have all boys ages from 11 to 21 that keep them very busy. He originally grew up in Louisville, Kentucky where he’ll always call home. Eddie likes to keep himself busy by kayaking, doing home improvement projects, and just hanging out with his family and friends. He’s always trying to make the most of his travels by always trying to find fun and new stuff to do.
Prior to coming to MHA in 2019, Eddie worked for large scale agencies like Almost Family and LHC as a revenue cycle leader. He also has a background in finance and sales. Eddie has shown he truly is an expert in revenue cycle processes and EMR implementation/integration with his knowledge and industry experience.
